This page is to provide information about how to begin: when you can start, how to login, what to do if you forget your password, and also to provide information on how the class is structured and the best way to use the course.

How the Class Is Structured

The class is structured by Modules. Each one is meant to take you to the next step of your journey. You may find that you already know some of the information, but I encourage you to listen to it anyway because new things may be sparked in this moment of transition.

Every week, we will set up that video call and announce the time/day to you on the Friday before the following week.

So, if you feel stuck during the group, reach out to us. It’s the only way that I will know that you are struggling and then I can help you to come up with ways to get you moving again.
